    As Ewan says, we still do check all client services at iTAGG. And we chat to our clients. And we help them get their sms and mms service running inline with industry standards. We've done it since we setup 7 years ago. Even with over 5,000 small-business clients we still find time to do that old fashioned thing of chatting to clients. What is so damn difficult about that!?

    Clearly it is very difficult for some players as sadly we have many competitors who can't be arsed checking their client services and therefore we all see their names appears on Phonepayplus's "bad service provider" list month after month receiving yet another fine. Maybe some of these idiot sms providers think it is a cheap form of marketing - after all the entire industry gets to see the Phonepayplus list of bad players every month.
