What puts the iPhone so far ahead of the other devices listed?

I reckon the Samsung Omnia is a damn fine phone. Great data speeds, good UI, good camera, etc.

    Tremendously optimistic.

The thing is - they don't even need to try and compete with iPhone in my opinion.

The iPhone is in its own market but for many users, it isn't anywhere near the power-business tool they need.

It's the Blackberry market that many of these devices are up against.

Saying that - if I was competing against iPhone I would make a 20 second video taken at a conference with loads of porky middle-aged idiots like me trying an 'Email Challenge' where you have to send a 50 word email to a colleague - first on the Blackberry, then on the iPhone.

That will cover all the important differentiation points and also, in my opinion, render the iPhone currently out of any serious contention for the typical business user (if there is such a thing).

Dont get me wrong - I am a fully paid-up Apple fanboy but I have absolutely no intention of using my iPhone for any kind of heavy business use.
