Just checked by going to www.sms4pc.com which gives the VF UK link. Downloaded the file and yes, it still does not work for Outlook 2007.
If it worked I would use it all the time as it gets linked to my VF account so messages get charged and sent from my main mobile number. I used to sell another system that sent from a different MSISDN which became confusing.
Hopefully with MIR to the rescue this will be quietly resolved!

It doesn't tie in to your account - but you get 10 free messages. You can buy extra messages from http://www.sms4windows.com/refill/ Prices range from €0.095 to €0.13 per message.
