I trust that you haven't been put through to BT call centre outside the UK, I spent 2 hours on the phone just trying to get a service.

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

I've often had next day service from BT!

2008/9/1 Disqus <>

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

A friend of mine have to wait 3 weeks to get her BT line installed...I wish they could polish up their act and get a hold of a magic pen!

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

just a passing point o2 broadband is simply BE's product rebaged and I have heard nothing but good reviews.

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

It's a super concept!

2008/9/1 Disqus <>

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

I love the Magic Pen idea. I can't arraneg broadband till the line is in either. They also automatically connect you to BT Credit Cards after you make the call to move house - the cheek.

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

....to fill in a pretext?

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

The Etymotic pens are magic...

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

Approve

2008/8/27 Disqus <>

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

I want a magic pen.

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

The level of service in mobile shops is confusingly variable considering that (I assume) they're all working mostly on commission. I spent 45 minutes standing in the Virgin Mobile shop on Tottenham Court Road a few weeks ago, purchase decision made and credit card in hand, before finally giving up and leaving. I wasn't the only person to walk out of there empty handed in those 45 minutes either.

Re: Vodafone and their Magic Pen

Love the Magic Pen idea.
