The Motorola Q9: Still a rubbish phone and/or operating system

Way back in March, I left the States with my Motorola Q9 on Sprint. Obviously Sprint, being a CDMA network, isn’t a lot of use in the UK so I switched off the Q9 and never used it again until yesterday.

  • That's pretty awful. It also makes most complaints at Symbian's flaws rather meaningless. Out of curiosity, did you get your hands on a Blackjack 2, Ewan? I have a buddy in the States (whom I've convinced to try something more sophisticated than a Razr or Samsung Sync) who currently uses one and is happy with it. He'll be switching to a AT&T Tilt or something S60 on his next upgrade. On a sidenote, your USA series of articles was one of the arguments I used to convince him.

    As for the Q9, I think one of my contacts on MSN has one on Sprint... I wonder if he ever had these problems too.
