  • No, because you made the assumption it would work... There is no reason for a mobile device just to suddenly stop working.

  • From your previous posts, I get the feeling you love to customise your phones to look and feel distinctive and yours.

    When you mention that you weren't impressed with the iPhone settings available, is that because you wanted to customise the iPhone in the same way, or because the iPhone didn't do what you wanted?
  • I like having full access to everything from the settings/options menus and with the iPhone you don't have that. I didn't like the limited ability to customise the phone, or the long code you have input in order to access the "secret" menu.

    For the most part it does what I wanted it to, but for others it didn't.

  • Hey Sam - even if you do not have workable GSM coverage (the situation that many of us country-dwelling individuals find themselves in), you can still make calls over WiFi using Truphone - which is downloadable through the Apple iTune Apps Store.
