  • On a slightly lighter note with T-Mobile. I've used a PAYG SIM from them in Canada for the last 10 days and it's been perfect for what I needed. It receives text messages straight away, it lets me send MMS for the bargain price of 20p, and I've been able to top up a couple of times too.

    The only hiccup I found was that when I wanted to top up by just 4 pounds, I was told this exceeded the "maximum" allowed. I put it up to 5 and all was OK.
  • I've been using the billing payment system fine with no problems.
    Why dont u give them a call and sort out the problems?

    I'll try and find the post I made of the experience. The support guy and I
    just sat on the phone and did the virtual equivalent of staring at each
    other for a few minutes before I took the cue to hang up and stop bothering
    them.
