T-Mobile UK customer, still?  Well, get on the phone to them and see if you too can benefit from reader Steve’s experience.  Not only did he get winning (and, I have to say, quite surprisingly good) customer service, his girlfriend also got what can only be described as a deal of the century.

    I agree!! signed up with them yesterday, moved over from my exsisting provider vodafone, after a year of using their mobile broadband service and constant blunders courtesy of gaggle of fools that are Vodafone customer service i switched to one of their sim only deals! even the guy who served me in the store was thorough!! no leaf left unturned, he even wauted after the store was closed to make sure everything was up and running before i left!! i'm speechless!! i'd reccomend them anyday!
