I use Fitaly ( &lt;a href="http://fitaly.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://fitaly.com&lt;/a&gt; ), because that's optimised for single-finger entry of the English language; with its macros and shortcuts, people can get quite impressive input rates using it. TenGo ( &lt;a href="http://www.tengo.net" rel="nofollow"&gt;www.tengo.net&lt;/a&gt; ) is pretty good too, and people get up to 75wpm on that.
