Hey just listened, about the MMS flaw that is absolutely shocking. Oh dear!
About Brand Evangelism, I think its something all companies should be doing. From what I have seen of Vodafone's service it looks very good. You don't seen any other Uk operator doing that!

I mentioned the blackberry but dismissed it because three haven't carried blackberries in the past :P

be very careful of Windows Mobile... very careful. It still really doesn't
perform to spec as yet...

Depends on prices given my desire to move as many handsets as possible
onto PAYG now the data is the same price as contract ok Three...

Really had my heart set on an E71 but the Blackberry Bold looks
excellent and it's a pleasent surprise to see it on Three. Should
probably ask to trial the Experia - really hate Windows mobile based
on limited experience with the earlierst versions, but people keep
telling me it's improved...
