Calling all Nokia & Symbian geniuses: Am I wrong?

My School introduced a text service, last year or so. It doesn't inform my Mum when the School is closed (which it should have done on a Snow Day), but say if either me or my brother don't arrive at School for morning registration, a text is sent out.
It was introduced to stop truenting, but as far as some friends are concerned, hiding your parents phone, and making them believe they have lost it, is more than enough!
And it's also used so the school can keep a tab on how long we're out of school due to sickness.
The problem is, that you can't reply via text back to the school about the reason your child isn't at School. For my Mum who has a speaking impediment, it's extremely annoying as she can't phone up. It would be common-sense to implement this a little better.

I doubt they'll tell me though, as I doubt the receptionist ladies will know.

Surely it's a foregone conclusion. They want your money. Or the money the
government pays them on your behalf? ;-)

Also, I think it's so to make sure we're all happy with our results, a bit late seeing as they were two weeks ago.
Ahh, it was a forgone conclusion that they wanted me ages ago! Being as wonderful as I am, and all! :P
Samantha!
