I was told it would work in the UK and USA. However, in the USA, I would need to find a Sims card that would convert over to data in order for the modem to work on the Internet. Does anyone know where I can purchase a sims card in the USA or that would work in the USA, that would convert over to data in order for me to use my Modem? If I am right, and if I could convert it over - perhaps I could access the Internet using my Vadacom Modem.

Cristder

Re: Orange 250MB Data Bundle - not bad at all

Agreed!

Re: Orange 250MB Data Bundle - not bad at all

The problem I had with Orange was just one thing - data plan prices.

It's good to hear they are improving but will still need to go someway to match T-Mobile's Gigabytes of data for £7.50 per month.

Re: Orange 250MB Data Bundle - not bad at all

Excellent work.

Glad to be of assistance on the review front too.

:)

Re: Orange 250MB Data Bundle - not bad at all

As an aside to ^

I just rang to get this activated on my account and the guy at first said that this was only available to Blackberry handhelds, (I have N95), and I asked him to go check with his manager.

He did and he apologised and activated the bundle.

So now I have unlimited weekend and evening data and 250mb for during the day which is more than sufficient for £8 pcm and am on the 20 plan since I hate speaking to people! ;)

Going to check tomorrow with them to make sure it's been applied after the advice above.

Mark
www.writerslife.net
