The Orange system is terrible. It has "Loading..." screens reminiscent of the 90's and *every* time I visit the site and want to visit certain sections I'm informed that something has gone but they're aware of the problem and will fix it..... bull! I've tried contacting Orange about this and there has been no progress.

yep its shit - i love the way you can upgrade but not cancel
or downgrade your plan etc.
sky.com is the same you can add to your package but not take away
that required letters in signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public enquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters.

The front page works fine, but anytime I try and get into the details - ie: Itemisation, the thing crashes.
It does this every month, without fail.
Running joke really...
Kind of screams out for someone to come along and do it a million times better.
