I use Spinvox for that.
In terms of other delivery options, I sometimes use www.vodafone.net because it gives me a web interface for my voicemails and allows me to download them as MP3s. Also has a WAP interface (think very primitive Visual Voicemail) but that only works from the phone who's mailbox you're using. It also delivers SMS alerts about new voicemails, faxes and emails.
Of course, this means that you have to use one phone for your ingoing and outgoing calls. Unless you spoof your number using http://www.spookcall.com/
