Totally down... Can't get through at all.. Almost got through at 9, only to fall at what I can only assume was the last hurdle. Now realising that thousands of people have probably got in before me, so will stand little chance of getting a delivery on the 11th. Guess I'm queueing at my local O2...

I'm actually glad to hear something is working! But yeah, O2 completely mismanaged this one. How hard would it have been to host this up on Amazon's server cloud and take what processing you needed?

1st attempt - account reg failed, 2nd attempt order confirm failed, 3rd attempt at 08:20 success! Letting thousands of people into the shop at once was never going to work. They need a queueing system similar to how TicketMaster works.
