I "accidentally" took two bottles of Booze from my local Tesco to Male airport, where they were duly confiscated...
On the spur of the moment with no thought that I would actually get them back, I presented my chit! remarkably they were returned immediately by the helpful smiling customs staff (yes not trained in America!)
On return to my home in Ilkley I had the most well travelled bottle of Vodka on the planet, talk about food miles...
So my view, you will get the stuff back... in a later post?
