Calling all Nokia & Symbian geniuses: Am I wrong?
Right now Apple and O2 are like the cute girl and the *ahem* less-so girl at the party... you spend way to much time talking to one in the hope the other will pay you some attention. Perhaps it's time to cut our losses with O2, wait a few months and jailbreak PAYG models?
Not having enough phones to go round isn't a crime, allowing that small problem to cause this farce is.
How can a big service provider like O2 serve their new customer like this!

How did it go in the rest of the world? Did other similar-size nations suffer the way the UK has?
Would this have happened in Sweden? Germany? Italy? (hang on, don't answer that last one)
