  • It could have been a Chinese-deployed dampening field?
  • If so it seems to extend to West London...
  • SPOT seems to work okay in SOCAL USA
Just walked outside turned on the unit and pressed "Okay" button for 2 seconds. Came in the house and had a SPOT "okay" test message on my phone and one on the website.
