Ian · 1 year agoIt kind of was done years ago, that was the original intent of Symbian back in '98. Big problem arose when Symbian lost control of the UI's to Nokia (Pearl/Series 60 & Crystal/Series80) and SonyEricsson (Quartz/UIQ). That was also the point that founder Colly Myers jumped.
