Typical Carphone Warehouse. I went in once enquiring about getting my Sony Ericsson W810i debranded from all of that terrible Orange software. The young man in there hadn't a clue what I was on about, and then asked me if I wanted to invest in another phone instead, even though I told him I had only just got the phone!
You've got to love their stupidity though!
