WiMax is NOT 4G!
HSPA will have 14.4MBps later on this year. We already have 7.2. 40-ish is next year.
The ITU have yet to agree on what 4G is, let alone 5G.
Re downloads, on HSPA 7.2 you can crack through a massive amount of background downloading, as Ben pointed out last week.
WiMax is not 4G, Wimax is not 4G, WiMax is no.....
I always assume if it is open that people are providing a public service.
