Apple all is not well, is it?

It’s all a bit gloomy for Apple really. Julia reported last week about Apple being sued, and today the Advertising Standards Authority have rapped them for some dodgy advertising.

  • the fact that Apple is being sued for a simple issue which affects less than 2% of users is just silly. Nokia, Motorola, Microsoft, Sony Ericsson all have more than 15 lawsuits which are pending, but those don't make any headlines, do they? So why fustigate Apple over a simple lawsuit which will be over in 2 weeks when Apple release a free software update?
    No other phone out there can properly display Flash and/or Java websites either, so again it's silly to blame Apple for leading the way in mobile web usability. Besides Apple claims it can display the whole Internet, which it can, since Java and Flash are not Internet standards (not approved by the WWWC), they are proprietary.
