Calling all Nokia & Symbian geniuses: Am I wrong?
I travel so much that getting time to deal with stuff like changing price plan is tight. When I do and the online system is unavailable (it always seems to be unavailable) then the call center hand me round like pass the parcel followed by a "can we call you back request" that is not completed. I almost suspect that Vodafone don't want me as a customer.
The recent price hike really annoyed me too. "The EU stopped us ripping you off on interchange so we are going to do it another way."
PS As well as having 4 contract and one PAYG Vodafone mobiles at home, I am the decision maker on which mobile vendor to use for our Blackberries, phones and 3G cards at work across 18 countries, and 11,000 staff.
Steve (from Frankfurt)
Not sure how you did this but I had a very nice lady called Emma and her colleague Amy called me and they have re-established my confidence in Vodafone. All this whilst I was on my way to the US to watch the Open.
Great service
Steve
