At first I used the same email address as I'd used when I signed up a few days ago and got the blank screen. I went back and changed the email address but still used the beta code but all I received was the same email as before saying that I'm in the queue.

I misread the email from them, it seems. I thought you could still
sign up from international locations. Let me talk to them.

Unfortunately
a) It seems this is currently only available to US residents.
b) WHen I tried to signup anyway I kept getting a blank page after submission - quite likely due to either a) above, or perhaps since I'd signed up previously and am in the q.
